Security disclosure

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in alef10.ai or in an Alef10 system, write to Info@alef10.ai with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Do not include operational data from a customer environment unless that customer has authorised it.

Please give us a reasonable window before public disclosure. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you when the issue is closed.

This marketing site holds no identity templates, no operator sessions, and no gate decisions. Product surfaces (including Shield) have their own threat model and must be reported in the same inbox so we can route them.

We do not pay a public bug bounty on this site. We still want the report.
